Sales Administrator (part-time)

Due to continued growth, VTG Rail UK, the UK‘s largest private freight wagon leasing company, have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and experienced self-starter to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Sales Administrator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, including the preparation of customer proposals, quotations and coordination of Tenders for existing and new customers, and the administration of hire contracts. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales and commercial support role
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Educated to A level or equivalent standard, including English and Mathematics
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Experience in a technical based environment is desirable, but not essential


Permanent P/T position: 20 hours per week (13:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday) with competitive salary and benefits.
