Your tasks:

• Deliver on Business Improvement initiatives with tangible targets for customers and/or Profit & Loss (P&L)
• Lead the improvement support for a specific business initiative or workstream together with a range of functional leaders and their teams
• Continuously develop a deep and wide understanding of the initiatives and its impact to customer and our P&L
• Articulate initiative, impact and to-be objectives in a way that helps drive understanding of delivery and execution
• Excel in understanding the problem from multiple angles and hence demonstrate full stakeholder point of views
• Participate in challenging problems, approaches and solutions; yet always come to an agreement in order to move forward
• Always and repeatedly share your knowledge and experiences with team and colleagues – be the informal mentor and coach for Tool sharing

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering or Engineering – or equivalent educational background
• Exposed to multiple business models and approaches
• Experience of Six Sigma and Lean Tools
• Certification as Black Belt, Master Black Belt or Quality Leader (or equivalent)
• Basic finance acumen – at ease understanding Cost Benefit Analysis with impact to cashflow and P&L
• Very good English skills written and spoken – other European language is very helpful
• Strong analytical skills – experience of analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, Data base tools
• Clear communication skills as well as the ability to articulate complex in a simple and straight forward way
• At ease presenting problem statements and approaches or solutions; also at ease with having these challenged to help improve and finalize the route to ‘best idea wins’
