For our Business Unit Railcar Europe in Trelleborg in the Malmö metropolitan area in Sweden we are looking for you as Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d) Logistics - Sweden as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Active support for existing customers and potential new customers, taking into account the entire product portfolio
  • Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities mainly in the intermodal transportation sector
  • Market observation (competition, new players, economic development, etc.)
  • Establishing and expanding sustainable customer relationships
  • Creation of customer-specific, needs-oriented, individual solutions and offers
  • Cross-departmental cooperation, e.g. in the area of product development, internal sales and the responsible operational units
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and events

Your profile: 

  • Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a university degree in business administration or economics
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the field of logistics
  • Customer- and result orientation, sales affinity and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of intermodal logistics and intermodal freight flows of semi-trailers, containers and swap bodies
  • Analytical and strategic work as well as entrepreneurial skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process and the importance of creating long-term customer relationships.
  • Agile mindset with a good teamspirit and an autonomous way of working
  • Good presentation, moderation and communication skills in English and Swedish, German would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly mainly within Sweden (company car provided), rarely also within Europe
